Context:
In the framework of the implementation of assisted voluntary returns including reintegration measures and operation of Open Centre in the Prefecture of Attika for applicants of voluntary return project, which has been designed to implement AVRR activities.
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Information Coordinator and in close coordination with relevant units within the Mission, the successful incumbent provides general support in relation to the following functions:
1. Provide Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Information to third country nationals;
2. Distribute information material regarding the AVRR Project to local authorities and other relevant stakeholders;
3. Liaise with national and local authorities in order to proceed with the return of third country nationals that are interested in registering to the respective programme;
4. Establish and maintain strong and regular liaison with the Project/Programme partners such as governmental and non-governmental authorities, diplomatic agencies as well as coordination of the activities, facilitating access to the project’s results;
5. Report daily and weekly in writing to IOM Athens on activities and other information, as required by IOM Athens on the IOM templates;
6. Make use of Business Applications for movements (Mimosa) and update Excel (lists etc);
7. Travelling according to the project’s requirements as needed and in close coordination with the supervisor to include local movements and others;
8. Perform other duties as they might be assigned for the successful completion of the AVRR project.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
University Degree in Social Science, Political Science and Psychology or a related field from an accredited academic institution with in one year of relevant professional experience or High school graduate with three years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
• Experience working in international organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage;
• Progressive experience in a similar function;

• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to keep deadlines;
• Computer literacy in standard software applications.
Languages
Fluency in Greek and English is required. Knowledge of Urdu, Arabic and Farsi would be considered an advantage.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:
Under the overall supervision of the Senior Project Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Project Assistants (Integration), the main duties of the Integration Monitors will be:
• Monitor the integration progress of beneficiaries through one-on-one sessions;
• Assess potential protective and risk factors of individuals and families facing difficulties (personal resilience, shared belief systems, social support networks, etc.);
• Provide information on welfare rights, housing, access to health care services and education, etc.;
• Develop a rapid needs assessment of the psychosocial needs of children, youth and their families;
• Prepare case reports and statistics;
• Conduct referrals to other actors for cases in need of specialized further treatment;
• Coordinate with other actors and relevant authorities to ensure that beneficiaries' needs are met;
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
University degree and/or higher in Social Work, Psychology or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
